Harrison was the ninth President of the United States, and also the shortest-tenured. He died on his 32nd day in office of pneumonia. His grandson, Benjamin Harrison, was a later President.
The day I visited, I was lucky enough to be invited into the crypt who taught me more about this President than I ever learned in school, including the Resurrectionists and exactly why his son (Benjamin's father) is buried in the same location. It's truly fascinating. Did you know that, to date, William Harrison is the ONLY person who has been elected President, who had been a Doctor before being elected?
