Tahmoh Penikett

Tahmoh played Third, the replicator, on StarGate SG1, before joining the cast of BattleStar Galactica, playing Helo.

The blue scans above are the front and back of Tahmoh's name placard from Dragon*Con 2011. I like that he didn't necessarily sign it, so much as block it out. It's unique (since there is literally that exists!).
