Tony played Verchan in the Babylon 5 episode "The Paragon of Animals" ... He was also a court clerk in I Am Sam, Deputy Hart in Blair Witch 2, and the Administrator in Clockstoppers with Jon Frankes, Ken Jenkins, and Jesse Bradford.
