Raymond played Mack (the Harlan character) in "A View From the Gallery", the season-5 episode of Babylon 5. He also appeared with Michael Pataki in Halloween 4, Kathy Bates in Arthur 2: On the Rocks, and Emma Caulfield in Buffy.
