Rue McClanahan
Rue is best-known for her character of Blanche in Golden Girls, which also starred Estelle Getty, Bea Arthur, and Betty White. Before Golden Girls, though, she played Bea's best friend Viv in Maude along with Bill Macy, Conrad Bain, Esther Rolle, and Adrienne Barbeau.
Rue then joined the cast of Mama's Family, playing Aunt Fran along with Betty White - two years before the Girls premiered. She has also appeared in Nunsense and its sequels, and Safe Harbor.
