Phyllis Douglas
Phyllis played Yeoman Mears in the Star Trek episode "The Galileo Seven", and appeared in "The Way to Eden". She can also be seen in two episodes of the Batman series, as well as playing Bonnie Blue Butler in Gone With The Wind.
