Martin Rayner
Martin appeared several times on Voyager in the Tom Paris and Harry Kim Holodeck adventure, as Dr. Chaotica. In one of those outings, he was to have married Kate Mulgrew's character, Arachnia. Martin's script for that episode is what he signed for me, above (also signed by Robert Picardo, who was the President of Earth in that episode).
