Joel Brooks

Joel played Jacob Mayhew in the Babylon 5 tv movie "River of Souls". Mayhew was the owner of the Holo Brothel. He's also appeared in Star Trek: DS9, Phil of the Future, Facts of Life (and its reunion movie!) and Six Feet Under.
