As I write this, on 06 April 2006, I caught Frederic in an episode of Bones last night. Loving it! I also caught him in an episode of the wonderful "Book of Daniel". He has a recurring role in Lost as the Marshal who caught Kate and was killed as a result of the crash. Like that matters with all the flashbacks! Let's see more of him!
He also played Ranse in "Heart of Gold", an episode of Firefly, Walt Cunningham in "From the Earth to the Moon", and then the Big One........ Frederic was the first ever Ranger (well, first one who actually had speaking lines) in "The Coming of the Shadows" episode of Babylon 5. He brought the message from Ambassador Sinclair, which changed the course of the series forever!
