Ethan must like Star Trek. He was, of course, Neelix in Voyager, but he was also Dr. Farek in Next Gen, and the Maitre d' in First Contact. He returns to the Trek universe in an episode of Enterprise in late season 1. He co-starred in Benson with Rene Auberjonois.
