I've finally been able to listen to Maggie Egan's cd, "Out of This World", and just like Claudia Christian's cd, she shows quite an eclectic mix of musical styles. She describes it as sci-fi swing. I call it really good! Before each song, there is a clip of her as the ISN Anchor, reporting on ... well, whatever is gonna happen next. I loved the second song, from "Betty Boop the Thirty-Fourth". It explains this pictures that I got from Maggie.

As long as you're looking at pictures and cd's and things, look at that cd of Claudia's ... look up about 10 lines from the bottom, and see if you recognize anyone's name in the credits. Coolness, huh? It's the first time I've had a cd dedicated to me, or seen my name in print like that.

Sadly, I haven't been doing any writing lately. I've been so busy with the move, and work, that I just haven't had the time to just sit down, quietly, and be able to write, without being interupted every couple of minutes. About the only time I've had a few minutes to myself is on the bus, and I don't know about you, but I find it's nearly impossible to write as much as a letter without being shaken around with the bumps, much less a whole word. It's just not feasible.

On the good side, though ... I'm going to be setting up my desk tonight after work, and this is my Friday, which means I'll have the next few days to catch up on unpacking, rearranging things, and sleeping.

What else is going on right now? Hmmm ... oh, yeah ... my mail's finally being forwarded. I put in the mail forward request thing over a week ago, and it's finally kicked in. I started getting stuff yesterday. Coolness!!
