Phil played Bill Trainor in Babylon 5. He was one of the children in the original Star Trek episode "Miri". He later rejoined the Trek universe in Deep Space Nine as Remata'Klan in "Rocks and Shoals" and Thopok in "Looking for par'Mach in All the Wrong Places" with Mary Kay Adams.
Phil also co-starred in Atlantis with Leonard Nimoy and Claudia Christian.
